I completed my MBA from IIM-B in 1995 and joined Asian Paints from Campus. I grew to a depot executive, Kozhikode in 1997 post which I moved on to ICI India. There I was the branch Manager, Mumbai and moved my function into marketing, handling SUPERCOTE and MAXILITIE brands.
In 2000 I joined joyco India pvt limited and worked on launching PIM POM variants, DISNEY licensed confectionery and launched SOLANO candy.
In 2003 moved on to Dabur where I worked till 2007 in skin care, baby care and haircare portfolios with brands such as DABUR GULABARI, VATIKA , DABUR AMLA, DABUR LAL TAIL and was involved in the launch of face freshner, face pack, soap, cold cream.
In 2007 I moved into media as marketing head for Web18, the mobile and internet arm of Network18 where I was marketing a few digital brands such as their mobile business and several websites moneycontrol.com, ibnlive.com, in.com to name a few.
In 2008 I moved to Delhi in my current position as Head – Marketing for MCCS where I am in charge of marketing three broadcast channels Star News, Star Ananda, Star Majha and also the digital business of MCCS
